When my Zoe Plus worked, I loved it. My skin felt amazing. I really enjoyed all 3 settings. The problem is, I went through 3 Zoe Plus’ in less than 12 months. The first time, my Zoe Plus just wouldn’t turn on all of the sudden. Customer service was great and sent me a new device without question. The second time, my Zoe Plus wouldn’t stay on the selected pulsation setting. It would increase and decrease pulsation speed without me pressing the buttons. Then, it just quit on me. Again, customer service was great, the person asked for photo/video evidence and then I was sent a new Zoe Plus. The third time, my Zoe Plus just wouldn’t turn on one day. Again, customer service has been great each time I have had to contact them. However, this time, I have been offered a Zoe Bliss in exchange and the difference in cost between the two devices will be refunded to me.
So while I loved and enjoyed this device, I cannot recommend it to others. I kept getting the hot pink one. Maybe there is the flaw in this color of the Zoe Plus. Again, the company has been amazing working with me every time to replace my Zoe Plus without too much trouble on my end. I cannot recommend other people spend this amount of money on a Zoe Plus until the company gets the issues worked out. Perhaps go with the Zoe Bliss!
